Love the host, despise the guest

This host has a lovely voice and she sticks to the topics with articulate, insightful questions, BUT the host had a guest who laughed her way through the description of the BTK killings! I understand that people giggle when they are nervous, but I think the Otero Family deserves more compassion. The host never joined in the laughter or banter and I appreciate that.
