Misty Griffin’s inspiring story takes you through her ordeal as a severely abused child and then her experiences as a young woman in an Amish community- a place where pedophilia was never reported or punished.

Misty is also a registered nurse and the Consulting Producer on the documentary series Sins of the Amish.

Along with the docu-series Misty released the change.org petition #invisible that calls on Congress to pass a Child Rights Act that would assign human rights to children that may not be overridden in the name of religious freedom or any other supposed freedom.
